Orders and Purchases

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately by calling 081 544 3587 or via WhatsApp at 347 582 5665. After shipping, the order can no longer be modified.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and link to follow the shipment. You can also access your personal area on the site to see the order status.

Shipping and Delivery

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary based on destination:
  • Naples city: 1-2 business days
  • Campania: 2-3 business days
  • Italy: 3-5 business days
  • Islands: 5-7 business days
Orders are processed within 24 business hours.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are:
  • FREE for orders over €89
  • €10 for home delivery on orders under €89 in mainland Italy
  • €5 for locker delivery on orders under €89 in mainland Italy
  • €15 for Sicily and Sardinia
  • In-store pickup: FREE

Do you ship abroad?

We currently ship to Europe. For special international shipping requests, contact us directly and we will evaluate case by case.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be:
  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • In original packaging
Piercings and earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, except for manufacturing defects.

How do I return a product?

To make a return:
  • Contact us by phone at 081 544 3587 or via WhatsApp at 347 582 5665 within 14 days
  • Indicate the order number and reason for return
  • We will send you a prepaid return label
  • Ship the product within 7 days

When will I receive my refund?

The refund is processed within 14 business days of receiving the return. The actual credit time depends on your payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Most of our jewelry is made with hypoallergenic materials:
  • 925 Silver: Generally hypoallergenic
  • 316L Surgical Steel: Completely hypoallergenic
  • Brass: Nickel-free
For very sensitive skin, we recommend surgical steel and silver.

How can I know my size for rings and bracelets?

Check our size guide. Alternatively:
  • Come to the store for a free measurement
  • Use a ring you already own as reference
  • Measure your finger circumference with a thread

How can I care for my jewelry?

To care for your jewelry:
  • Store them in dry places separately
  • Avoid contact with perfumes and cosmetics
  • Clean silver with special cloths (no harsh products)
  • Remove jewelry before sports or shower
